With the S10 teaser out today, I figured I’d get on bittersamgirlclub's current Top 5 prompt: top five S10 hopes

1. Sam’s emotional POV: I would really like to see more of Sam’s emotional POV in S10, what he feels about his brother’s choices and predicament, how feels about life, literally anything about his inner thoughts please and thank you.

1. Sam to honestly smile and laugh: I don’t particularly care why. Maybe someone tickles him or tells him a really good joke, or a four-year-old runs up to him and thrusts a flower at him saying, “You’d look real pretty with this in your hair, Mister!” I just want to see his face light up and those dimples return in full force.

1. Long scenes of Sam kicking ass: I want to see Sam fighting and winning, I want to see him researching, I want to see him shooting his weapons and making near-impossible shots, I want to see him evading monster attacks like they’re nothing - seriously, give me Mother’s Little Helper without any Dean scenes and give it to me for hundreds of minutes and I will die with a smile on my face and a song in my heart.

1. Someone to honestly validate Sam: I want someone, preferably someone outside Cas/Jody/Charlie/Garth to tell Sam honestly and truly “You did good, thank you for all your hard work, thank you for saving us, etc.” and be sincere enough that it sticks with Sam. I want it to happen more than once, so that Sam can finally start rebuilding his self-worth and self-confidence, maybe even make some friends.

1. DEAN TO CRAWL ON HIS FUCKING BELLY THROUGH FIRE AND GLASS AND ACID TO APOLOGIZE TO SAM: I WILL NOT ACCEPT SOME BULLSHIT HALF-ASSED APOLOGY, I WANT DEAN TO RECOGNISE WHAT A SHITTY BROTHER HE’S BEEN, I WANT HIM TO FUCKING SUFFER, I WANT HIM TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND ADMIT THAT HE’S BEEN AN EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE DOUCHEBAG TO SAM WITHOUT MAKING IT ABOUT HIS OWN PAIN, I WANT HIM TO REPENT AND ACTUALLY COMMIT TO DOING BETTER, TO BEING A BETTER BROTHER AND HUMAN BEING, I WANT HIM TO REALIZE WHAT A GODDAMN TREASURE HE HAS IN SAM, WHO HAS STUCK WITH HIM THROUGH THICK AND THIN, I WANT HIM BEGGING ON HIS KNEES FOR SAM TO FORGIVE HIM BECAUSE HE KNOWS JUST HOW MUCH HE DOESN’T FUCKING DESERVE IT.
